Andrew Jenkins operates through Strengthen Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Strengthen Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal information.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us run the business:

  • Shopify hosts this website
  • Go High Level, provided through Funnel Sketches, handles enquiry forms, our customer records and email delivery
  • Mailgun delivers emails sent from our system
  • Google provides our email, calendar and website analytics
  • Proteus Digital manages our website and social media

These providers process your information on our instructions. Some are based outside the UK, in which case transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

We may also share information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

5. How long we keep your information

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: 12 months
  • Client and booking records: 7 years, to meet accounting and tax requirements
  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a record of your unsubscribe so we do not contact you again
  • Website analytics: up to 26 months
